One of the most trouble free vehicle purchases that I have ever made. They found me the vehicle that I wanted and at a price that was below five other dealerships, including one huge car dealer that boasts of a "best price guarantee." Both Jason Montiero and Tyler Stuart were instrumental in making sure that my experience at McGee Toyota was a positive one.

This 3 star rating was incorrectly posted. I thought I was rating Lia Toyota. Since price was my primary objective, I give McGee a 4.5 star rating because they beat all the dealers I was shopping by a substantial margin. Andrew was knowledgeable and treated me well. Kudos to Michael, the business manager who was straight forward, personable, and made the paperwork as easy as possible. Most important -there were no surprises the day I picked up my new car. I would certainly deal with them again and refer to friends.

Very rude and ill mannered manager and employees. Customer service as good as garbage, equally rotten and stinky. I would never recommend this branch of Mcgee toyota. Very smooth talker with insufficient information about the car features. I have given 1 star because that is min requirement or else I would have rated them in negative.

My first and last experience with McGee Toyota. Brought my 09 corolla in for four recalls and a inspection sticker. They called less than two hours later and tell me my shifter cable broke and would cost over 600.00 to repair. Car driven daily, drove there, odd it suddenly broke. I’m not saying they tampered with it, wouldn’t rule it out either. The service advisor said either you pay to get it fixed or tow it outta here. I eventually got through to the general manager, nice gentleman who seemed sincere in looking into the matter. Then service manager calls me whose attitude sucks and tells me same thing as service advisor. Had car towed. Turns out the cable was not broken as they claimed, the connection between the cable and transaxle was broken. Toyota does not sell this part separate, they want you to buy a cable, a replacement part was fabricated for less than $2.00. Service manager’s bio “I strive in making the service experience enjoyable for our customers. I take pride in providing our customers with a world class service experience”, Not exactly. I even offered to meet them half way and I would pay for the part. Instead of them resolving the issue and the customer would say, wow what a great dealership and great customer service, Perhaps even trading in older car there for newer, the customer is telling as many people as possible about how this dealership handled this situation, people are in disbelief and will never do business there!
