I have been working with O'Connor & Co. since I got my license and started driving. Karen Lanza has been so wonderful to work with. Whenever I have a question or concern she is always there to help. She keeps on top of everything I ever need and its nice to talk to a friendly person that truly cares about customers and their needs.
Spoke with Karen on the phone and she was incredibly helpful connecting me with an auto and renter's insurance policy that combined were cheaper than my current auto policy. Very speedy and friendly service. Highly recommended local insurance company!

Fast forward 2 years and I am still working with Kristie. I have transfer all my insurance needs over to them. She has been amazing to work with and even if I have a question about something they don't even handle she will always point me in the right direction.
